RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

CANCELLATIONS

If once the purchase is made you want to cancel an order that has not yet been issued, you can do so as long as it is indicated through the contact form established for that purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info @ targancosmetica .com, customer service form or by phone at the number (+34) 673879007 indicating the number of the order to be canceled.

RETURN POLICY

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs which will be assumed by the consumer and/or user.

The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are

a) The supply of goods made to the consumer's and/or user's specifications or clearly personalised.

b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

(d) The supply of goods which, having regard to their nature, have become mixed with other goods after their delivery.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment with which the user made the purchase.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. in perfect condition, and of course it must not be damaged, beaten or with fatiguing evidence of use that would prevent the sale of the same product again. To send it, it must be sent in appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.

Procedure:

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to complete the form established for this purpose in the section "My Account" or to make another type of unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following data:

• Your identification details: full name and address
• Order number on the invoice sent to you together with the purchased good
• Description of the acquired good
• Your willingness to withdraw from the sales contract
• Date of communication
• If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g. mail) it must be signed.

From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased goods together with a copy of the purchase invoice to www.targancosmetica.com in perfect condition.

www.targancosmetica.com will communicate without delay to the consumer and/or user by e-mail the acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal, with the instructions for dispatch by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has submitted reliable proof of the return of the goods, www.targancosmetica.com will deliver the sums paid by the consumer and/or user without undue delay.
